The New York Giants have committed to their franchise quarterback this offseason.
After signing Daniel Jones to a four-year deal, he will be in New York for the foreseeable future.
It was certainly a bold decision by the Giants to bring Jones back.
He has not shown much over his career, but he did lead the Giants to a playoff win last season.
Jones threw for 3,205 yards and 15 touchdowns last season, in 16 games played.
But, he was able to limit his turnovers which was the biggest improvement for Jones.
While the Giants are paying Jones like an elite passer, he will have to raise his game to reach those levels.
One person that speaks glowingly of Jones is former Giants quarterback Eli Manning.
Manning went onto the Pat McAfee Show to discuss how well Jones has done as a part of the Giants.

Manning spent time at the end of his career with Jones.
He knows everything about him and why he can get the job done in New York.
Some fans agree with Manning that he will continue to get better before each season.
He will definitely grow

It seemed like last season was Jones’ ceiling.
He was more of a threat with his legs than his arms, and that is a problem.
Most Giants fans are happy that Manning continues to support the player that replaced him.

It will certainly be interesting to see what Jones becomes in his second year under head coach Brian Daboll.
