The Miami Dolphins have plenty of reason to be optimistic for next season.

They made the playoffs in 2022 for the first time since 2016, and they possess one of the more talented rosters in the AFC.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is healthy after suffering multiple concussions, the team has acquired veteran star cornerback Jalen Ramsey to pair him up with Xavien Howard, and they possess and outstanding wide receiver tandem in Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill.

Both Waddle and Hill were seen putting in work to get ready for the 2023 campaign.

The Dolphins shocked the NFL a year ago when they acquired Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs, and he quickly became their No. 1 weapon on offense.

He had one of his best seasons ever playing with Tagovailoa, putting up a career-high 1,710 yards while scoring seven touchdowns and earning his seventh Pro Bowl nod in as many seasons, as well as his fourth All-Pro first-team selection.

Hill’s speed downfield is something to behold, and it’s a talent that has earned him the nickname “cheetah.”

Waddle, the No. 6 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, took things to another level in 2022 after a very good rookie campaign.

He had 1,356 yards and a league-best 18.1 yards per reception, to go along with eight touchdowns.

With production like that from both Hill and Waddle, it’s no wonder Miami finished fourth in both passing yards and passing touchdowns during the regular season.

The AFC East will be tougher, as the New York Jets and New England Patriots look improved, but the Dolphins appear to be poised to be better themselves.
