Fans of the Sacramento Kings went to bed on Sunday night feeling very worried about the future of their team.

After holding a 2-0 lead in the series against the Golden State Warriors just days ago, the Kings are now tied with Western Conference rivals.

Sunday’s game was a big disappointment, especially because it ended up being so close and the Kings could have pulled out a win.

Some people are giving up hope – but Skip Bayless isn’t one of them.

“I’m sticking with the Kings but I will be the first to tell you I was extremely disappointed in the Kings,” Bayless said.

He added that “they tried every way, shape, and form to blow this game in the fourth quarter yesterday.”

It certainly was a tough fourth quarter for the Kings and they made a series of mistakes that ended up costing them the game.

De’Aaron Fox led the team again, posting 12 points in the final period.

But it was Harrison Barnes who took the last shot of the game.

It could have led to victory but instead, the ball didn’t go in and now the series moves back east to Sacramento.

The location of the next game is a big reason why some believe Sacramento will score another win.

The Kings’ home crowd is very enthusiastic and supportive and there is a good chance they give their team a boost of homecourt advantage.

The last couple of games haven’t gone well for Sacramento but there is still a very good chance they can achieve victory in the end.

Fans of the Kings are hoping these last two games were just missteps and not the beginning of the end.
