The Memphis Grizzlies were hoping to beat the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday night and bring the series to 2-2 before heading back home.

Instead, they were defeated 117-111 in overtime and are now just one loss away from leaving the playoffs in the first round.

The performance of the Lakers – and especially LeBron James – was talked about plenty on Tuesday morning.

And some people think it might be the end of the road for the Grizzlies.

Skip Bayless stated his clear opinion, tweeting, “Memphis is DONE.”

Bayless is always one to be a bit dramatic with his predictions so it’s not shocking to see him say such a thing.

But is he right?

Does Memphis have any chance of making a comeback?

Of course they do, especially since the next game will be back in Memphis and it’s assumed all of their current of players will be ready.

If they are able to secure a win, they will have the momentum to possibly steal a game back in LA to even the series.

On the other hand, Memphis didn’t give fans too much to believe in with Monday’s loss.

The Lakers outplayed them in just about every way.

Heading into this postseason, the Grizzlies had the second-best record in the West, feeling as if they could actually make the NBA Finals this year.

Now they are fighting for their lives against a team that was the league’s laughingstock just a few months ago.

It really is do-or-die time for Ja Morant and his crew.
