Ja Morant and his Memphis Grizzlies just finished another NBA season where they fell short.
After looking like a serious threat in the Western Conference, the team succumbed to the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round.
This season was full of controversies for this team, and despite finishing as the No. 2 seed in the West, many things affected this squad.
Following their first-round elimination, Ja Morant opened up on his situation, blaming himself and his off-court issues for the team’s failure.

Morant vowed to make better decisions off the court after he was suspended by the team for flashing a weapon on Instagram Live a couple of months ago.
As long as the Grizzlies have Morant on the roster, they will be competitive.
It would be better if they stayed as the hustlers that everybody appreciated before they tried to become bullies.
This team has a lot of talent and led by Morant, they can make a lot of noise in the future.
Some say this offseason will bring changes to the team, especially with unrestricted free agent Dillon Brooks.
This season started in a good way for the Grizzlies, but things went south when the playoffs approached.
Hopefully, they can learn from these mistakes and can return stronger next season.
They are still seen as one of the teams of the future, and if they focus on playing and nothing else, the Grizzlies will be a serious threat.
