Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen - Ketsubetsu-tan

Story:
There are a lot of anime content only that have big impact at story some of it from LN (:
like part 1 there some changing happen here but not affect the story at all, after all the director of the anime is the author himself.
they still delete all comedy Scene.

Remarkable, the animation is wonderful like before and more, the movement in the fighting is Great.
... it is still one best animation i see.

at this point we all know all the characters and how great they are, you will see some improvement in this part.

The ost in bleach series is Fire like part 1 and old bleach, and this part no doubt is fantastic I LOVE IT.

This review is a repost, for some reason it only said I'd seen 3 episodes by the time of the review when I had input 7.

Bleach is my favourite anime, and when the television series ended I read the manga. Everybody agreed that the beginning of TYBW was amazing, but then it became an absolute shit show being both rushed and bloated and featuring formulaic fight after formulaic fight. Most people came to the consensus that the 2nd invasion is where this arc decides to go downhill.

I have been hoping and praying that they'd make some changes to improve it. But as of right ... now, that just hasn't happened.

Everything feels too rushed. I mean, they are adapting far more in this season than anyone was anticipating. Some episodes are adapting 8 chapters at once. A lot of content is being cut, and this is reducing the impact of tons of moments, like Komomura's fight with Bambi, or more recently Gremmy's battle with Kenpachi that lasted less than an episode. In fact, the only episode that hasn't felt ridiculously rushed is Episode 6. We've breezed through so many fights, and so many moments that were shocking and emotional in the manga rush by too fast to have the same affect in this adaptation. I know a lot of people believe that they're rushing through a lot now in order to add more in later cours, and yes, that's exciting, but why does this season have to suffer? I knew when they announced a mere 52 episodes that this arc was going to be rushed. They should have added another cour.

To be perfectly honest, I don't even think it will be entirely possible to fix TYBW without changing a lot of things which currently, they aren't doing. Every fight in this cour is literally just one character revealing something, and then the opponent revealing something that's stronger, so on and so forth. Because most fights are lasting half an episode, there's not any battling going on between these moments, so the fights literally just feel like reveal compilations. This was a direct criticism given to the manga, and clearly they haven't managed to fix it because... what are they supposed to do? Re-write the entire arc? The issues that plague the arc in its entirety can't just be fixed by adding stuff. A lot needs to be changed structurally and right now that isn't happening. Now I'm thinking how much longer the Gerard fight will be in the anime...

I mentioned animation before I took this post down and to be perfectly honest I do stand by my critique that it isn't as good. Bearing in mind, animation is not the same as composition: I think visually the series still looks great, but the animation is less fluid overall. To be honest, there's not been any Kenpachi vs Unohana levels of fluidity, let alone Yama/Ichigo vs Yhwach. Maybe they're saving it for some wow moments later in the arc. But it feels like this season was made in less time, or is less polished, and that feeling lingers over the whole thing.

I really want to enjoy this season, and it's not like its unenjoyable, I'm still seeing new content for my favourite series and I'm happy about that. But being a fan of Bleach doesn't mean I cannot be critical of it and notice its flaws. Cour 1 had flaws, but I gave that a 10 and would do it all over again. Cour 2 has too many flaws for me, and it is such a sharp step down from its predecessor, and it makes me concerned for how the rest of this adaptation is going to turn out.

To the Bleach fans that will inevitably have issue with any score that isn't "Recommended", I waited just as long as you guys did for this adaptation and you have to understand not everyone's going to enjoy it. But you probably won't.

The bankai show returned with all the usual bullshit you came to expect from it. Nobody watches it for the plot since there is no plot to play attention to. We got someone becoming the successor of the main villain without any build up, without any explanation, and without any dramatic impact. The protagonist didn’t even know of the betrayal until the final battle was half-way over. Naruto versus Sasuke this is not.

Instead of that we just get more of what Bleach was always about. Stuff happening for the heck of it, such as a slut seducing and then killing her own allies because ... she got a bit annoyed. This was the extent of her personality and her contribution to the plot. She goes to fight some captain and their stories end there, with zero impact. Expect the same for 99% of the rest of the characters. Just hollow (not the monsters) battles between nobodies.

Kubo continues to introduce and kill his characters within seconds, which is the worst possible way to write characters. Did you catch the name of that guy who was sliced in half by the slightly annoyed yandere? Did you get what his powers were? Of course not. He didn’t matter. None of those hundreds of Nazi-wannabe people matter.

Half of every episode is still wasted on people bickering at each other or shit-talking while standing still. “Oh, it’s what’s giving them personality” you might think, but when everybody is yelling and screaming and shit-talking in the exact same way, nobody feels unique since they all feel same-y. In fact, they end up being a design because that is the only thing Kubo had in mind when he created them. He had no idea who these people are or what he was supposed to do with them. They don’t matter in the plot either, they are just there to waste time in unimportant fights.

And yes, people are watching it for the action and not the plot, but there comes a time when you realize all the fights play out in the exact same predictable way as they do since the Soul Society arc and without the whole mysterybait of who is the traitor to keep you guessing. There is nothing to guess here, so you don’t care.
