Youchien Wars is like Sakamoto Days a Action, Comedy Manga about retired assassins. It is more centered on the Comedy while Sakamoto Days focuses more on the fights and the story.

Tokusatsu-style manga with a henshin hero protagonist. Very similar story structure of fighting waves of technologically-enhanced villains who work for an evil organisation trying to take over the world.

These manga are both about people who are fucking insane, every character in both of these manga are god damn crazy but the characters in kedamono are more realistically crazy while the characters in ana satsujin are just stupid crazy, ana satsujin starts off slowly so dont give up on it too quick

I am recomending this because they both have and an older girl and younger boy dynamic. The girls are pretty big sisterly and caring, and you can say the boys are kind of the jealous types when it comes to another guy liking their crush and they act sort of childish.

Both have really good fantasy world building

Dandadan is quite popular, but there are still people who haven't read it and should give it a try. The author worked together with tatsuki fujimoto on chainsaw man, which helped him create a story as good as chainsaw man. Without plagiarizing anything from csm, it is a very funny and interesting story, but above all very crazy and unpredictable, full of action and charismatic characters. That's why I think that if you liked chainsaw man you should go read dandadan, with similar ideas but treated in very different ways, besides having an amazing drawing.

The two stories, while not similar in theme, have similar concepts, with overpowered players that got put into a game they used to play with their previous skills. The main character of Isekai Craft-gurashi, while not powerful, has extremely useful crafting skills due to skills from the game he used to play as a crafter, and has typical game features that deny common sense, like being able to hold an entire house in his inventory or quickly crafting items that would take a long time.

Childhood best friends who get off to each other. Kimi ga Kawaii Riyuu is a one-shot while Kimi no Tabegoro has a few more chapters. The characters are cute and almost have the same dynamic although they're different kinds of -dere (Amane in Kimi ga Kawaii Riyuu seems like a kuutsundere while Ayato in Kimi no Tabegoro seems like a yeredere).

Sakamoto and Egaobeta na Naruse-kun are fun one-shots about konbini or grocery clerks. There are some cool fight scenes too.

All boys high school with weird curriculums! The Aomine Private High School Academy in Zenin Kiritsu! Shiritsu BL Gakuen Koutou Gakkou has "special lectures" while the school in the omegaverse Baka to α Kenkyuushitsu has a club called the Secondary Sex Research Group.

Both set in an all boys high school. Baka to α Kenkyuushitsu is an omegaverse about childhood friends Shige and Yota who are part of their school's Secondary Sex Research Group while Seitokai Yakuin toshite Mondaiji wo Kousei saseteitara Nazeka Love Comedy ni Natteita Ken is about the "student council" and delinquents. The characters engage in various experiments.

Both are comedy actions with the unusual combination of sci-fi and macabre/supernatural - and trying to get certain body parts of the male main character seems to be a goal in these two mangas.

The amount of similar things in "Amaama Cinderella" when its compared to café terraces is a lot. Both take place where mc works in a cafe with 4-5 women. Similar plot, Etc What Im trying to say is there both the same pretty much.

I haven't finished neko kappa yet, in fact im only 2 chapters in, but it strikes me as being very similar in atmosphere and art to ashizuri suizokukan. Theres this otherwirldly feeling, seemingly endless traveling, always a touch of the surreal even if it's not blatant, and its lightly funny, like, incredulous is a word I could use, maybe. I'd say this one feels maybe... Less light-hearted than ashizuri? More dark comedy. It involves humans but they end uo veing mostly a oart of the setting. Lush scenery and detail with very simple characters. I could go on.

While Miko is fearful of them and has allies to save her, Reina is a powerful fearless psychic who's misunderstood for her abusive actions as bullying. Not to be misenterpreted as gag only, Reina's story has a variety of supernatural occurrences, with dramatic plots and mystery that affect her friends, and her own past. As for Miko's life, her story is sophisticated in its own right, with the overall mystery of the world of spirits, her friend's abilities, including hers, and the danger around them.

'Furyou Taimashi Reina' and 'Kaya-chan wa Kowakunai' both have female protagonists who are powerful psychics who fight against spirits. Both are misjudged for their actions as bullies, but each have friends who support them. While, highschooler Reina's abusive style as a gag can misinterpret the story as only comedy, Reina's story has a variety of supernatural occurrences, with dramatic plots and mystery that affect her friends, and her own past. Kaya, a kindergartener on the other hand, has her own mystery. With a peculiar omninousity to her power and someone else very close to her.

Beat & Motion is a lot less lewd and more passionate, in a sense.

I just finished reading it and I really loved it. The truth is that I saw this manga as necessary to deepen V's character more since I felt he was a bit short in the game I feel like we saw more aspects of him,scenes that aren´t in the game and learned more about dante and vergil's past anyways 100% recommended if you have already played DMC 5, read it and give it a chance because even the artwork is cool

Romance stories with a shared pairing dynamic of a serious girl and a free spirited guy. The approach to the art style also similar, giving similar reading experience. If you like and is looking for the "fast romance" aspect of one, I would recommend to read the other one for the same reason.

Easily his second best work, Number Girl is a gag manga about sixteen clones with no common sense, who are taught in a school how to become proper citizens. From the help of their teacher and the people they meet, they each learn to become individuals with their own personality. With its own charm, Number Girl is a hilarious comedy, yet sweet story of stupid clones evolving as people.

I think in story they may not be so similar except the somewhat gyaru nature of the two girls but the way both of these manga have put so much attention to detail on the character design is amazing. It's truly a sight to see!

Whille not so similar in story, those manga are both adaptations of FromSoft games, so if you're fan of the studio you might want to check those out.

Philosophico-political portrayal of war and military that makes you think worldly affairs through.

Similar premise, loveable characters cooking and enjoying their best lives in their new worlds.

The art style and setting of these mangas are completely different, but both excels at giving an atmospheric experience through its art and the interactions between the main couple that feels natural. If you like one of these manga because of the ambience, I'd recommend reading the other one.

Though the stories are quite different, the art styles are similar. Both the mangakas use a really unique shading when creating panels. As well as the world it is set in, both are medieval times, swords, armor, horse and wagon for transportation, that kind of thing. Claymore really stands out for me personally is the way Noritoshi Yagi writes his chapters or as in his manga, Acts. I think using Acts instead of chapters makes for smoother arc transition. Where as chapters usually are short and have multiple within each new arc, acts are pretty much cutting out the extra chapters. All of the lore and content is still present, it just does stop every 10 - 20 pages for a new chapter. The story itself is always very entertaining and gripping emotionally. There is a few plots twist in which I didn't see coming and fit perfectly in the world I was reading about. Another thing is the cast of characters. Having the protagonist a female was a refreshing and interesting as being a man, I am used to reading about male MC's. Not only was the MC great but every character you came across as its own personality, abilities and design. Yagi's art I think gets better as the series goes. The series is only 27 Volumes so it isn't a super long read but has a solid start middle and ending that of which I rate it a 9 or 10 outta 10 with how much I enjoyed it.

Funniest female leads ever, they were both reincarnated into a novel, and both stories have multiple male leads.

While the main theme of both of these stories is very different from each other, but i just couldn't help but see how the world building in frieren is literally just screaming the iconic and monumental record of lodoss war.

I love how both of these series approach their respective OP main characters not just as a self-insert that has a sole purpose of fulfilling the "i'll beat up the big bad thru the power of friendship and then get a huge harem" trope. Thru the story we learn that Leo, not unlike Rudeus, is not just another super OP guy who faces no challenges in life, but is a normal human with trauma and emotions on the inside. I find the trauma that both of them experienced similar in some way, making both of them closed off and afraid of building relationships and trust.

Not only are these one-shots by the same author, but they both explore concepts such as loss, regret, and the struggles that come with being a creative genius. Personally, I preferred the way Sayonara Eri handled these themes, but if you're a fan of Tatsuki Fujimoto - or thought-provoking slice-of-life in general - it's well worth reading both.

These two mature 😏 manga involves a human male transported into a different world and well the new world is in a fantasy setting with Magik and Swords. Both MC have sexual relationships with many of the female characters in the series. Both MC maybe portray as an antagonist at first because of their action they perhaps think they are doing it for a good reason but they are doing it in a wrong way. Both could be Isekai or just one but I’ll let the readers decide.

Both of these feature stories where a close relative, of a now-gone father; adopts and become the caretaker of a young girl. Subsequently, the caretakers starts becoming more attached and acting like new fathers to them. Both feature very polite and cheery daughters.

Quite similar in the power fantasy aspect, albeit less dark.

Both have very brutal plot-lines. Both dive deep into character growth. Both explore darker topics. Both tend to be very philosophical at times. Both characters go on a journey to change. Vagabond is Berserk but without the fantasy aspect, it is in a more traditional Japanese setting focused on the mindset of the main character rather than the big picture. It is a must read if you liked Berserk.

Cute and funny little stories about living with a cat.

Honestly they may not be as similar as I’ve Made them out to be in my head but whatever, they both ‘romances’ but the romance isn’t really important like in a way it is of course. They both take place in high school with two characters who knew eachother when they where younger who haven’t really spoken in a while and they meet again, in a silent voices case they become friends for the first time and in blue flags case they become friends again, they both have a lot to say about the world and the people inside of it and they both made me sob hysterically.

very similar to gunnm in many ways, Sayoko is literally just alita, and her body being turned into a cyborg being controlled by this mad scientist guy obsessed with her like desty nova with alita. and her combat abilities are very similar, both series utilizes a combination of martial arts and also mecha combat with military action as well. both series talks about transhumanist concepts and the like. and both alita and Sayoko change from their inital berserker like body into a more agile and smaller nano body later on as well. the only downside is sirius got canceled from what i've seen, the series had a huge second ark with these "fairy" things that are very similar to the artificial intelligence beings we see in alita:last order. it seems to me that both series would have seen very similar developments if sirius was allowed to go on for much longer.

idk why but when I saw the girl (in kono class ni gal) in her old self the first thought that comes to was metamorphosis, I didn't want to add that crap in my list even though I've read it but I add it just to recommend it to this. both MC wanted to have new persona on highschool or what's called "highschool debut", henshin is dark & heavy while kono class ni gal.... is light & fun.
