HOLY FUCK WHO GAVE A SHOW TOP TIER FILM LEVEL OF AN OPENING START?!?!

Seriously, watching the start, and honestly, the entire first episode, it really does come off as a movie like. While the show goes on however, you'll see why it fits more a episodic format. But still, that was a HUGE opening, that really hit home, and really showcases not only what the show is about, but also really shows the animes best points, in terms of it's story, and concept, so that you'll want to see episode two, then see episode three, and so on.

Story and characters: 8
Think of this as ... if Senko-san, but if she was a big cat, that was very cat like, while having some human like qualities to it to boot. Along without certain elements of it's story. But I'm sure, as the show goes on, will know more story, and more about it. But for what it does present us, as the natural bond between a human and their pet, and how our pet views us. If you're a cat lover, you certainly will love this show.

If one show really showcases the what is humanity truly. Then this show really showcases what it means to be human in a different light. How our relationship with our pets truly shows. Episode 2 really highlights this for me. Understanding that humans need to go work in order to provide, in order to get certain elements. No matter how annoying it may be, it's a need. Otherwise, we won't be able to live. It's hard hitting, and it's stuff we'd want to watch anime to escape from, as the reality of life can really blow, but through this show, it's done in a realistic way, and through it's colourful cast of characters, makes for an enjoyable watch.

Speaking of characters, you'll really relate to them in every sense of the world. There is a bunch that you could really relate to. Even the cat funny enough. Being a perfect blend of cat, and having some human qualities to them. It's weird yes, but it's very fun and cute to watch also.

Senko-san had a story behind it, while this show feels like it's more relaxed and fun experience. Not that Senko-san couldn't have been. But more so far, there isn't anything massive to get suoer worked up by, which only makes for a relaxing watch all together.

Art and sound: 9
As I've talked about at the start. The show really hits hard with it;s quality of style within the first couple of moments of the show's existence. Sure, it calms down afterwards, but it really drives a good look, and a great style. Even when the show calms from it's massive opening, it still presents itself as a great looking show that's great on the eyes, while also being meshed with a great and fitting sound design that goes so well together. The OP is fun, the quality the voice actors put in is top tier. You can tell that they have so much fun with this show, and it's clear as day.

Dekiru Neko hits like a storm, with it's killer opening, and remains strong with it's fun characters, good pacing, and good writing. An enjoyable experience for sure.

Before you do anything, i recommend just watching the first 3 minutes of this anime. The animation quality was just absolutely ridiculous and you should watch that even if you are not interested in the rest of the anime.

A lady with a huge cat. The hook is that the cat is "masterful" and can do basically all things a maid does like shopping, cooking, cleaning etc.. Everything else about this world is normal including MC's work or other characters. The anime is 90% about the daily ordinary life of our MC and her maid cat with some potential office romance. So, as long as ... you understand that, you will love the anime.

The production seems to be one of the best in the current season. Especially the first episode was movie level in terms of direction and animation. Even the rest of the episodes are definitely great and makes me feel like i am watching a KyoAni series.

This series has one job to do: drown the audience with super sweet moments. And this series does that job very well. The cat and its shenanigans are funny and heartwarming. Although, i would have loved it if the cat could talk, but that is a minor complaint.

The pacing of the first episode was awful, probably the worst pacing I've ever seen.
While the visuals of the 3D animation were great, the whole show just feels like a 3D animation tech demo instead of an actual anime.
I don't know why people love this so much, I found this to be the worst watching experience I've had in YEARS.

This is the Sharknado of anime.
Why do I say it's the Sharknado of anime? Well, Sharknado was bad because of its horrible 3D animation, but the 3D environments of this anime (not animation) are actually quite well-made. Despite this, it is INCREDIBLY out of place, and ... throws off the whole thing.
Sometimes your good ol' pal Yukichi will be 2D, and then suddenly their apron is RTX on 3D animation.

Watching the first episode made me want to stop watching past the 15 minute mark, and that's a lot considering how often I stick through anime even if it's horrible.

The first episode felt like it was 48 minutes, not 23.
I genuinely could not tell when it would end, and was baffled when I got to the next scene for another 5 minutes.
The amount of awkward camera angles and over-exaggerated movements that don't even exist in the source material is reallllllyyyyyyy bad.
It seems like the pacing was so bad due to them trying to fit as many chapters into a single episode as possible.
The web series flows way better than the anime, so I highly recommend the web series as the characters feel more lively and enjoyable.


Overall, I'd recommend reading the web series over watching this, as since it's a web series, the pacing is all over the place.
